Web-based Technology

Our software is completely web-based using Microsoft.NET and SQL Server technology. All major web browsers are supported.

Security & Healthcare Information Privacy

We understand the sensitive nature of healthcare planning information for assisted living facilities. Our software is hosted within a secure environment and communication occurs via an encrypted TLS RSA SHA256 SSL connection. Our servers are also behind a firewall to prevent external attacks.

Release Cycle

Our customers receive regular updates which contain maintenance updates and feature enhancements. Before each “release” we give you the opportunity to try them out within your own “beta” environment.

Data Availability

All data managed in ALChartsPlus web-based software is backed up and stored offsite on a regular basis. Several times per year we execute a disaster recovery test to ensure that we are ready and prepared.
